We use Cal.com to schedule meetings. Our booking calendar requests available times through Cloudflare. When you send a meeting request, your name, email, chosen time zone and any configured meeting answers pass through Cloudflare to Cal.com, which stores the booking and shares it with us. We use those details to arrange and follow up on your meeting. See Cal.com’s privacy policy for how it handles booking data.

If you email us, we receive your address and message so we can respond. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes standard request data to serve and protect it. We do not sell enquiry or booking information. You can email [email protected] to ask about the information we hold or request its deletion.

Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser. Booking drafts stay in memory while the page is open and are not saved in browser storage. Refreshing the page clears the draft.

Client lead files are handled under a separate written agreement. They are not used to market other shops and are not sold.
