Terms

This website is an invitation to talk. Booking a call does not start a paid desk. Paid work starts only when both sides sign a service agreement and the first invoice is paid.

Package ranges on the plans and results pages are targets at full speed, assuming the list meets the published quality bar. They are not a promise of funded deals. The inbox promise, when it applies, is described in that agreement and is limited to seed-tested placement at the major inbox providers named in that agreement.

You are responsible for having the right to mail the list you send us, including any required notices and a working opt-out. Questions: [email protected].
